1. Agreement

These terms are between you and the store-listed seller of DropHere (“丢这儿”). The seller is the legal entity shown by the app store from which you download the app. Chinese version: https://drophere.mlxb.cc/agreement/zh/terms

By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

DropHere is an iPhone and Android tool for organizing personal documents on device, including storage, search, reminders, and device migration. The iOS version also offers optional iCloud sync. Its managed library is excluded from system cloud backup and automatic device transfer.

The library is a working copy, not professional archival custody. Keep official originals elsewhere when they matter.

3. Your responsibilities

• Only store content you have the right to keep on device or in your iCloud.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Protect your device passcode, store account, and App Lock settings.
• Understand that delete, overwrite, and migration merge rules can change or remove data. You are also responsible for securely storing and removing migration archives you export.

4. Full access

The free tier limits the number of active (non-trashed) items inside the app. Full access is available through monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time Permanent Unlock; all three grant the same entitlement and remove that app-imposed cap, but do not guarantee unlimited storage or performance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and can be managed or canceled in the App Store. After expiration, refund, or revocation, existing items remain available to view, edit, search, share, and use reminders; when the free cap is exceeded, only creating items and restoring them from trash are blocked. Purchase, restore, and refund rules of the app store you use apply.

It covers on-device storage, system-backup exclusion, optional iOS iCloud sync, device migration, and permissions.

6. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law:

• The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for loss or delay caused by device failure, OS updates, user error, failure to keep originals, sync conflicts, network issues, or platform service outages, except where liability cannot be excluded.
• Content you share via the system share sheet, screenshots, exports, or third-party apps is your responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

App name, UI, and software rights belong to the seller or its licensors. You retain rights in content you add.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and change the date on this page. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may stop providing the service if you seriously breach these terms.

9. Governing law

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the App Store seller’s jurisdiction. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise before a court of competent jurisdiction.
