You probably have one of these

Saved it. Still can’t find the whole thing?

The contract is in Files, the site video is in Photos, and the conversation is a voice note somewhere else. Nothing is lost, but everything feels lost. DropHere puts the pieces back together.

Nothing was lost. Why did it feel lost?

Turn the sound on: capture on iPhone, continue on Mac. A tiny story, not a feature checklist.

Not another folder

One less scavenger hunt later.

Open it months later. The context is still there.

The front and back of an ID, its note, and renewal reminder belong to the same thing. Find the complete record instead of one photo you no longer remember taking.

  • Mix photos, PDFs, Office documents, and text in order
  • Leave the title blank and get a stable on-device name
  • Search titles, your notes, and attachment filenames
An identity record with photos and a reminder kept together

“New Recording 37” should not be a guessing game.

Keep audio and site videos beside the notes, files, and reminders that explain them. Months later, you still know why they mattered.

Audio and video stored with the record they belong to

Due dates stay with the source material.

Renewals, expirations, and warranty dates no longer become cryptic calendar entries. A notification takes you back to the right record.

One step before sharing

Add a purpose. Leave the original alone.

Choose the images for this share, then decide whether to add a purpose watermark. DropHere creates temporary copies; your originals stay untouched and the copies are not saved to Photos by default.

A watermark cannot stop screenshots or later editing. Always verify the recipient and official submission channel before sharing sensitive documents.

Clear control, clear limits

The Free tier keeps search, reminders, type management, sharing, iCloud sync, and device migration. Full Access only removes the app-imposed cap on active records; actual capacity still depends on device storage and performance.
